So, just to let all of you know a little about me. I am a writer. There, that about covers everything I've written dozens of short stories & have learned a lot of the techniques behind writing. I even have an idea for a novel. The only thing I have left to decide is the placement or "time period" of my novel. I have to decide between the dark and gothic old renaissance or the modern 21st century. The problem I'm having is that the renaissance is the funnest to write but the hardest market to get into, while the 21st century is easiest but has been done, recently, to DEATH! Please help me to decide because I am stuck between these two paradigms. Thank you everyone
